The BUNN ST Velocity was designed to be durable and yet have a sleek, modern look. The die-cast aluminum base with matching carafe certainly looks good in any kitchen but does it brew a great cup of
coffee? The Velocity works slightly differently to other brewers. It has an internal hot water tank which keeps the water at a temperature ready for brewing. It will take 10 or so minutes for the machine to warm up but once it’s ready to go you’ll have up to 10 cups of coffee in four minutes. The showerhead works well to extract as much flavor as possible and the carafe has a handle that remains cool, even filled with hot coffee.
